  1. From the south Kansas City metro area, take exit #1B (KS-10) from 435-W/KS-10 towards Lawrence. In Lawrence, KS-10 will become 23rd Street. Go ~ 28.0 miles.
  2. From 23rd Street in Lawrence, turn right to proceed north on South Iowa Street. Go ~ 0.25 mile.
  3. Turn left on W 21st St., entering KU's West Campus.
  4. The Kansas Biological Survey is located in the Takeru Higuchi Building, the southernmost building in the complex that should be directly in front on you once you've turned onto 21st Street.

Parking:

Visitor's Parking is located in the parking lot directly in front of the Higuchi Building. Parking permits are required for all visitor vehicles. Visitor parking permits may be obtained inside the building, in the KBS Main Office (Room 108).
