Background: Craig Freeman earned his Ph.D. at Kansas State University in 1985. He is a Curator in the R.L. McGregor Herbarium, Division of Botany, KU Natural History Museum and Biodiversity Research Center.
Current research interests: Dr. Freeman's current research interests include plant systematics, floristics of the grassland biome of North America, prairie conservation, and collection-based informatics.
